Mwadui Coach hails squad after 2-1 win

MWADUI Assistant Coach, Jumanne Ntambi has applauded his players’ commitment that helped the team claim a 2-1 victory over Ruvu Shooting at the Mwadui Complex on Sunday.
Speaking after the match, Ntambi said all players played well and managed to control the game in all sections. He said he was satisfied with the team’s overall performance despite facing a strong opposition from the visitors.
Ntambi said the team created many scoring chances ,and two of them were fruitful. “The game was very tough and highly competitive, I am proud of my team after posting the second victory. The last time we won it was during the opening of the seasons against Singida united by 2-1’’He said.
Mwadui FC goals were by Paul Nonga who netted a brace for the winners, was the first to score in the 13th before firing home the winner in the 60th minute. Nonga netted the early minutes’ opener after he completed David Luhende’s pass.
He ensured his team’s victory in the 60th minute after completing Evaristus Bernard’s tap in. Ruvu Shooting’s consolation goal was converted by Shaibu Nayopa in the 15 minutes.
